Social Tech Trust Rigital Reach Insights Report

The newly renamed SocialTech Trust has produced a report about what they have learnt from the pilot studies they have undertaken into digital reach last year. The report focusses on digital services, digital skills and digital access, and it identifies six key factors that are needed to ensure that digital take-up is improved for a wider range of people. These are: Trust, Relevence, Access, Motivation, Confidence and Time.

I’m going to try and give the report a good read over the next couple of days, as these are clearly relevent issues to our future planning and thinking for supporting community media.
