Is Adam Baxter going to be running the Ofcom Licensing Workshop?
It wouldn’t appear to be his area of expertise.

Yes we’re delighted to welcome Adam for this event, who Ofcom have nominated as the best person in their team to do this. We trust their knowledge regarding this.

Now I understand from Bill:
The licensing element of the workshop will be lead by Rowena Burke, Senior Broadcast Licensing Executive. Rowena has worked in the regulatory field for 9 years. Before joining Ofcom in 2017, she was an Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service. Rowena works within the broadcast licensing team at Ofcom; working with licensees on all matters relating to their licences.

  • and tabled questioins are invited as soon as possible.

I have submitted some questions in advance direct to Rowena Burke as suggested by Bill Best.

Rowena has replied that she will not be able to answer them herself but has passed them to a colleague for a response.
